Job summary

CLT Recruiters is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a high-end residential General Contractor in New York, NY. The role covers from pre-construction through construction, with direct reporting to senior management and accountability for budget oversight.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of construction experience, including at least 3 years in luxury residential work, and hold a degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management on high end residential work with a GC or CM firm.
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple assignments.
• Must meet deadlines and put in time to get the job done.
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
• Experience overseeing budgets and project documentation.

• Direct responsibility for luxury residential projects from pre-construction to construction phases.
