Job summary

CLT Recruiters LLC is seeking a Project Manager for luxury residential work in the Long Island City area. You will run projects end-to-end from a local office, managing schedule, budget, quality and client relationships.

Key requirements include a minimum of ten years in construction with five+ years on high-end residential projects, a proven record of running your own projects, and deep familiarity with NYC construction. Strong client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of construction experience, with five+ years on high-end residential projects.
• Proven track record of running your own projects.
• Deep familiarity with New York City construction.
• Excellent client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned luxury residential projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Write and administer client and subcontractor contracts.
• Hold the schedule and the budget, and report on both.
• Run buyout, change orders, requisitions and monthly billing.
• Work daily with owners, architects and design teams.
• Supervise assistant project managers.
