You will support projects from concept through completion, collaborating with Principals, affiliated architectural teams, design consultants, subcontractors, and site inspectors. Ideal candidates have 3+ years post‑degree architectural experience and drafting, a degree in Architecture (licensure preferred), and are

Qualifications

• 3+ years of post-degree architectural experience
• 3+ years of drafting experience
• Degree in Architecture; licensure preferred
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and building codes
• Willingness to travel to project sites 25% of the time
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with affiliated architectural teams, designers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Support construction management, budgeting, scheduling, and compliance
• Assist with schedules, budgets, and project timelines
• Review sequencing, documentation, and site conditions
• Participate in meetings and site visits
• Support interior renovations to ground-up residences
• Maintain high standards of client service and professionalism
