We are excited to be partnering with a highly regarded architecture and design studio known for its work across high-end luxury residential and hospitality projects throughout the US. The studio brings together strong design and technical expertise, with a particular appreciation for classic architecture, proportion and historic detailing, while incorporating contemporary elements to create elegant and timeless spaces.

We are looking for a Senior Project Architect to join the New York studio. This is a highly technical role, with a strong emphasis on constructability, architectural detailing, documentation and project delivery. You will take ownership of projects from design development through construction, leading the preparation of detailed drawing and construction packages, coordinating closely with consultants and contributing to the successful delivery of complex luxury residential projects.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of post-graduate US experience, with significant experience across high-end residential, ideally ground-up luxury residential projects.

You should have exceptional technical and detailing skills, extensive experience producing construction documentation and a high level of proficiency in AutoCAD. The role also requires someone confident working independently, managing project teams, coordinating with consultants and resolving technical issues through construction.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect who enjoys being close to the detail and construction process, and who wants to take genuine ownership of complex, design-led residential projects within an established and collaborative studio. A professional architecture degree from an NAAB accredited programme is required, with US licensure preferred but not essential.
