Job summary

Advice Personnel’s client, a leading real estate investment and development firm in New York, seeks an Associate Architect to join its development team. This hands-on role focuses on high-profile commercial and luxury residential projects, guiding designs from early development through completion.

You will coordinate outside design professionals, manage construction documentation, and collaborate with the Head of Development on creative direction and project strategy while ensuring milestones,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture required.
• 4+ years of professional architecture experience.
• Strong design development, space planning, and documentation skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple project stakeholders, including consultants, outside design teams, and vendors.
• Hands-on construction documentation and project administration through construction phase.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-profile projects through construction.
• Lead coordination with outside architects and engineers.
• Manage consultants, vendors, and project teams throughout design and construction.
• Review design presentations and provide client feedback.
• Assist with scopes of work, RFPs, schedules, and project planning.
• Monitor project scope, schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Support construction administration and field execution.
• Work closely with Head of Development on creative direction and project strategy.
• Assist with organizational initiatives, including meeting follow-ups and action-item tracking.
