Job summary

Four Seasons Houston is seeking a Community & Lifestyle Supervisor to create an exceptional residential experience through community engagement, lifestyle programming, concierge leadership, and operational support. Working with the Director of Residences, you will develop meaningful experiences that deepen homeowner engagement and resident satisfaction.

This full-time role requires coordinating events, managing partnerships, and guiding the Residential Concierge team to deliver luxury service

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, residential operations, or event planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual calendar of resident events, wellness programming, educational experiences, cultural events, and social gatherings.
• Coordinate events from concept to execution, including budgeting and vendor management.
• Create engaging resident communications across newsletters, digital channels, and app updates.
• Develop partnerships with luxury brands and local businesses to enhance resident experiences.
• Supervise Residential Concierge operations with daily guidance and quality assurance.
