Job summary

Four Seasons Houston is seeking a Community & Lifestyle Supervisor to craft an exceptional residential experience through community engagement, lifestyle programming, concierge leadership, and operational support. Working with the Director of Residences, you will design meaningful homeowner engagements that elevate resident satisfaction and reinforce the Four Seasons lifestyle.

You will lead resident events, communications, and create strategic partnerships with luxury brands to deliver

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, residential operations, guest/resident relations, community engagement, event planning, communications, or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual calendar of resident events, wellness programming, educational experiences, cultural events, and social gatherings.
• Coordinate resident events from concept through execution, including budgeting, vendor management, logistics, guest communications, onsite leadership, and post-event evaluations.
• Create engaging resident communications, including newsletters, digital communications, Four Seasons App updates, and event promotions.
• Develop strategic partnerships with luxury brands, restaurants, cultural institutions, wellness providers, charities, and local businesses to enhance resident experiences.
• Supervise Residential Concierge operations by providing daily guidance, coaching, quality assurance, and operational support to ensure consistent luxury service delivery.

About The Role

Four Seasons Houston is seeking a Community & Lifestyle Supervisor to create an exceptional residential experience through community engagement, lifestyle programming, concierge leadership, and operational support. Working closely with the Director of Residences, this role will develop meaningful experiences that strengthen homeowner engagement, resident satisfaction, and the overall Four Seasons Residential lifestyle.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute an annual calendar of resident events, wellness programming, educational experiences, cultural events, and social gatherings.
• Coordinate resident events from concept through execution, including budgeting, vendor management, logistics, guest communications, onsite leadership, and post‑event evaluations.
• Create engaging resident communications, including newsletters, digital communications, Four Seasons App updates, and event promotions.
• Develop strategic partnerships with luxury brands, restaurants, cultural institutions, wellness providers, charities, and local businesses to enhance resident experiences.
• Supervise Residential Concierge operations by providing daily guidance, coaching, quality assurance, and operational support to ensure consistent luxury service delivery.

What You Bring

• University degree and previous experience in luxury hospitality, residential operations, guest and resident relations, community engagement, event planning, communications, or marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong event planning and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with residents, community partners, luxury brands, and internal teams.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule based on business and event needs, including nights and weekends when necessary.

Schedule & Hours

• This is a full-time position.
• Candidate is expected to work a flexible schedule, including day shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
