Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Serve as the primary front desk contact during shifts.
• Deliver elevated resident/guest experiences through attentive service.
• Answer phones, manage messages, and maintain professional etiquette.
• Log, track, and distribute resident packages and deliveries.
• Monitor lobby activity and security camera feeds as needed.
• Conduct property walks to ensure safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Assist residents with amenity requests and local recommendations.
• Coordinate service requests with vendors and property staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
