Stratton Amenities is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Front Desk Agent to support luxury residential properties in the Dallas area. You will greet residents and guests, answer phones, log packages, and help maintain a polished lobby presence.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in hospitality or luxury service, excellent communication, and a professional appearance. Weekend and holiday availability is required to ensure outstanding resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in hospitality, concierge, front desk, customer service, or luxury retail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service abilities.
• Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain front desk operations and ensure a polished lobby presence.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to resident requests.
• Answer phones, take accurate messages, and communicate effectively.
• Log, track, and distribute resident packages accurately.
• Monitor lobby activity and surveillance systems to support property safety.
• Conduct routine property walks to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Interact professionally with vendors, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Complete reports and perform other duties as assigned.
