Qualifications

Two+ years hospitality/front desk experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional, well-groomed, polished appearance.
Ability to stay composed and attentive in a fast-paced setting.
Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and visitors warmly as a Front Desk Receptionist/Concierge.
Be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors.
Deliver elevated front desk/concierge service reflecting property standards.
Answer phones professionally and relay messages accurately.
Log and distribute packages; perform inventory checks.
Assist with concierge requests like amenity reservations and local arrangements.
Build positive relationships with residents, vendors and on-site teams.
Monitor lobby and security to maintain a safe environment.
