Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee multiple portfolios across the Los Angeles area with flexibility to move among Hollywood, Ventura, or Toluca neighborhoods based on business needs.

The role requires leadership to manage leasing offices, resident relations, and maintenance coordination while driving financial performance and high-quality living experiences for residents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-family or related property management experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing community operations including financial performance, customer service, marketing, negotiations, and staffing.
• Experience using data/reports to develop solutions and sustain high customer service and revenue.
• Proven ability to resolve resident issues in past roles.
• Experience mentoring and coaching subordinates to improve performance.
• Ability to exercise professional judgment with composure and manage third-party contracts.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships with residents and address concerns promptly.
• Enforce lease agreements and community policies consistently.
• Organize and manage resident events to promote community.
• Prepare and manage the property's budget, including revenue, expenses, and capex.
