Job summary

UDR, Inc. in Irvine, CA seeks a Resident Services Manager 2 to enhance resident experience at The Residences on Jamboree, a 381-home luxury community, on a 3–4 month temporary contract. The role focuses on building community, achieving retention, and delivering exceptional service daily.

Responsibilities cover showing units, customer support, tours, move-in processes, surveys, vendor coordination, leasing reviews, and event planning to maintain top-tier community standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 5 years property management experience in onsite office operations, leasing, administration and customer service.
• Minimum of two years’ management or supervisory experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, related field, or equivalent experience in residential properties, marketing and website development, or related operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Walk community daily and monitor showings to ensure quality and presentation standards.
• Answer resident and guest questions professionally and timely; implement quality service strategies.
• Launch self-guided tours or guided tours for prospects; provide information on short-term rentals and corporate housing.
• Conduct move-in orientation sessions and assist with annual renewal conversations.
• Oversee the Customer Survey Program and follow up on service requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee maintenance-related matters; escalate to Service Manager if needed and follow up to resolve.
