UDR, Inc. seeks a Resident Services Manager to oversee customer service and resident relations at The Westerly on Lincoln, Jefferson at Marina del Rey, and Tierra del Rey in Marina del Rey, CA.

This role offices out of The Westerly on Lincoln and focuses on delivering exceptional resident experiences. You will lead a team, manage tours and move-ins, drive renewal conversations, and ensure high-quality community standards across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Multi-family operations experience.
• Supervisory/managerial experience.
• Experience managing eviction processes and resolving escalated resident issues.
• Customer service experience.
• Proficient with modern technology and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily resident services and customer relations for three communities in Marina del Rey.
• Lead move-in orientations, renewals, and tours for prospects and residents.
• Manage resident feedback and the survey program; ensure timely follow-up on service requests.
• Coordinate maintenance issues with the Service Manager and track resolutions.
• Handle leasing-related processes and document leases, notices, and community records.
