Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Resident Experience Representative for a temporary, up-to-4-month assignment in the Tustin, CA area. The hybrid schedule includes work-from-home on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office on Tuesdays through Thursdays, and possible training days onsite.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to maintenance and various resident requests.
• Provide information and support to residents regarding queries, concerns, or requests.
• Address and resolve resident issues, complaints, or inquiries effectively and in a timely manner.
• Log resident interactions and transactions in internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments to find solutions and resolve matters.
