Job summary

Four Seasons Reservations Agent is based in Nashville, with responsibilities spanning both Four Seasons Hotel Nashville and Four Seasons Hotel Denver. You will convert inquiries into confirmed reservations, delivering personalized service and building guest relationships to support hotel revenue and guest satisfaction.

You will handle calls, emails, and chats, ensuring accuracy, recognizing guest preferences, and collaborating with Sales and Front Office to guarantee seamless guest experiences

Qualifications

• College education preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience in hospitality, reservations, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume call center, hotel, resort, reservations, front office, or sales environment preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Opera PMS, with the ability to learn multiple systems quickly.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Capture sales opportunities from incoming reservation calls, emails, and chat inquiries while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Process hotel reservations accurately through multiple booking channels.
• Identify guest needs, preferences, and special requests to create personalized guest experiences.
• Ensure reservation details are entered correctly and maintained according to company procedures.
• Utilize guest profile systems to enhance guest recognition and service personalization.
• Confirm, modify, and guarantee reservations while managing waitlists and room availability.
• Resolve guest concerns, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Generate and distribute daily reservation and occupancy reports for hotel leadership and sales teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Front Office, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Consistently uphold Four Seasons service standards, professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.
