The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience in a fine dining environment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. We are looking for someone with exceptional guest relations skills who can thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
• Required to speak, read, and write in English; fluency in other languages preferred.
• Knowledge of business systems such as InfoGenesis, SevenRooms, OpenTable.

Responsibilities

• Courteously greet and escort guests to tables.
• Assist in preparing the restaurant for service and maintain cleanliness.
• Take reservations and manage the reservation book.
• Monitor guests' needs throughout their visit.
• Train new hosts and staff on service standards.
