Job summary

Pebble Beach Company is seeking a Reservations Sales Agent to maximize sales to high-end luxury travelers. You will proactively follow up on leads from interested callers and craft once-in-a-lifetime itineraries that include rooms, golf, dining, spa and transportation.

You should be sales-oriented with top-tier customer service, able to handle high-volume calls in a luxury setting and cross-sell across Pebble Beach properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Sales experience or high-volume call center experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a luxury, customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales to high-end luxury travelers.
• Proactively follow up on leads from interested callers.
• Sell itineraries including rooms, golf, dining, spa, transportation, and activities.
• Cross-sell between Pebble Beach properties.
• Negotiate to maximize revenue.
• Provide Pebble Beach experience through outstanding customer service.
• Process pricing and package details accurately using Excel.
• Follow safety and health policies.
• Other duties assigned by supervisor.
