Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco is seeking an experienced Guestroom Attendant to join our Rooms Division. This union non-management position delivers exceptional guest room care, cleans and refreshes suites, and ensures high standards of cleanliness and service.

The role requires English proficiency, at least one year of housekeeping experience in luxury settings, the ability to multitask, and a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Reading, written and oral proficiency in English is required.
• Minimum of one year housekeeping experience, luxury hotel preferred.
• Must be able to cope with stress and work in a high volume operation.
• Must be able to prioritize and multi-task.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• High school education or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean linen.
• Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom).
• Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas.
• Removes Rooms service trays, dishes and carts to service landings.
• Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pen.
