Job summary

The Sea Pines Resort in Hilton Head Island, SC is seeking an Assistant Manager of Leisure Reservations to lead daily operations and mentor the Reservations team. You will ensure guest satisfaction, supervise group lodging, and coordinate lodging for events while upholding Forbes Travel Guide standards.

This on-site role emphasizes exceptional service, attention to detail, and teamwork to maintain luxury service levels across the department and resort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of four (2) years of progressive in luxury hospitality setting, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Previous experience in both Reservations and Front Office Operations required.
• Knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards and luxury hospitality service expectations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Reservations Department and supervise the Reservations team.
• Oversee guest interactions, service quality, and escalation handling to maintain Forbes Travel Guide standards.
• Coordinate Group Lodging for events and manage lodging for RBC Heritage Golf Tournament.
• Prepare and distribute reports and handle administrative duties for the department.
