Job summary

Promontory Club seeks a Home Services Rental Coordinator to oversee daily operations of the rental program and support the Home Services Department. You will act as the primary liaison between homeowners, rental guests, and external vendors, ensuring properties meet Club standards and reservations run smoothly.

You will maintain financial records, coordinate housekeeping and inspections, and escalate issues to the Home Services Director as needed, while delivering a high-quality guest experience

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with homeowners, guests, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor work orders and coordinate with Home Services personnel.
• Primary contact for Home Services clients via phone, email, and in-person.
• Handle rental inquiries, reservations, and bookings with accurate scheduling.
