Job summary

Promontory Development, LLC is hiring a Home Services Rental Coordinator to oversee Promontory Club's rental program and provide operational support to the Home Services Department. The role reports to the Home Services Director and acts as a liaison between homeowners, rental guests, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, vacation rental operations, or property management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with property management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily operations of the rental program.
• Serve as primary contact for homeowners, guests, and vendors.
• Manage inquiries, reservations, and bookings with accurate scheduling.
• Process invoices and coordinate billing for guests.
• Maintain organized records and prepare monthly rental reports.
