Home Team Luxury Rentals is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee daily tasks across our vacation rental portfolio. You will coordinate vendors and maintenance requests, ensuring timely responses and clear information for a positive guest experience.

The role focuses on supporting vendors, with responsibilities across Breezeway, Slack, Guesty, and Notion. Strong English communication and the ability to manage multiple pieces are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with property management companies or vacation rentals.
• Experience coordinating with vendors in a property management context.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Respond to vendor messages and requests during all stages of work orders and maintenance tasks.
• Provide clear updates and information requests to vendors and the internal operations team via Breezeway and Slack.
• Address vendor questions promptly and professionally.
• Assist with documentation and information requests for maintenance work orders.
• Monitor time-sensitive vendor issues and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate internally via Slack to support vendor/work order resolution.
• Log vendor communications and outcomes in Guesty, Breezeway and Notion.
• Assist with reviewing vendor feedback and basic issue resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
