Vesta Home is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive growth in the San Francisco region. You will generate qualified opportunities for the sales team through outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and early-stage client engagement.

This role requires strong communication, high activity levels, disciplined CRM usage, and the ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development or outbound sales.
• Hunter-style sales focused on net-new opportunities.
• Experience in a metrics- or quota-driven environment is preferred.
• Experience with outbound prospecting, lead qualification, or meeting setting is strongly preferred.
• Experience selling to real estate professionals, developers, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting high-volume outreach.

Responsabilités

• Generate new business opportunities within the assigned region through outbound prospecting and other engagement methods.
• Qualify inbound leads and determine fit based on project scope and client needs.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the regional sales team.
• Build and maintain prospect lists including brokers, developers, and property owners.
• Maintain daily activity levels in line with performance expectations.
• Accurately track activity, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce and related tools.
• Keep prospect and pipeline data clean and up-to-date per company standards.
• Represent the company professionally in early-stage outreach and communications.
• Educate prospective clients on services and value proposition.
• Provide regular updates on activity and pipeline to Sales Leadership.
• Support regional marketing campaigns and sales programs as directed.
• Collaborate with Core Sales, Channel Sales, and Sales Leadership for smooth handoffs.
