Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in business development or outbound sales.
• Experience generating net new opportunities.
• Experience in a quota-driven environment preferred.
• Experience with outbound prospecting, lead qualification, or meeting setting preferred.
• Experience selling to real estate professionals or related industries is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable high-volume outbound outreach and CRM usage.

Aufgaben

• Generate new business opportunities within the assigned region through outbound prospecting and other engagement methods.
• Qualify inbound leads and determine fit based on project scope and client needs.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the regional sales team.
• Build and maintain prospect lists including brokers, developers, property owners, and related contacts.
• Maintain daily activity levels and track all activity in CRM and sales tools.
• Represent the company professionally in early‑stage outreach and communications.
• Provide regular updates on activity and pipeline contribution to Sales Leadership.
• Collaborate with Core Sales, Channel Sales, and Sales Leadership to ensure smooth handoffs.
