Qualifications

• 2+ years in business development or outbound sales.
• Proven hunter-style sales success generating net new opportunities.
• Experience in a metrics- or quota-driven environment preferred.
• Experience with outbound prospecting, lead qualification, or meeting setting.
• Experience selling to real estate professionals, developers, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach.
• Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Apollo, Instantly, SmartLead, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, or similar).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently while collaborating with the regional sales team.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities within the assigned region through outbound prospecting and other methods.
• Qualify inbound leads and determine fit based on project scope and timeline.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the regional sales team.
• Build and maintain prospect lists within the region.
• Maintain daily activity levels in line with performance expectations.
• Track activity, contacts, and opportunities in CRM.
• Represent the company professionally in outreach and communications.
• Educate prospective clients on services and value proposition.
