William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking a full-time Marketing and Agent Experience Coordinator for the Hudson Valley and Berkshires region. Based in Chatham, NY, you’ll lead local marketing, social media, and technology support for a collaborative regional team.

You’ll manage branding, create materials, train Advisors on CRM and digital tools, and coordinate events across three offices in MA/NY. Travel weekly is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or business.
• Proven experience managing business or brand social media accounts with basic analytics.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite; strong written skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute local marketing initiatives across print, digital, and social channels.
• Create promotional materials and listing collateral aligned with brand standards.
• Manage advisor social media; create, schedule, publish content; monitor engagement.
• Partner with corporate marketing on campaigns and brand compliance.
• Support local outreach including community partnerships, sponsorships, and events.
• Serve as first point of contact for technology questions across regional offices.
• Coach advisors on CRM, marketing platforms, and digital tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and platform issues to keep operations moving.
• Guide advisors in strengthening their social media strategies and online visibility.
• Support daily office operations and event coordination across three brokerages.
