FAENA is seeking a hotel housekeeping professional to clean and maintain all items and surfaces in designated areas, ensuring the property meets the highest standards of cleanliness and guest comfort. You will follow departmental policies, operate equipment correctly, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in public spaces, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring safe, organized work areas while adapting to varying locations

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping preferred.
• Ability to follow department policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and standards.
• Use equipment safely and as intended.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Clean all designated public hotel spaces and back-of-house areas.
• Monitor cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas.
• Transport food/beverage items in public areas as needed.
• Inspect furniture and fixtures and report damages to supervisor.
