Faena Hotels And Residences LLC seeks a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant responsible for cleaning guest rooms according to Faena standards and ensuring a sufficient supply of clean rooms for sale. You will maintain spotless bedrooms and bathrooms and assist in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include following policies, maintaining equipment, reporting defects, and collaborating with hotel staff to preserve comfort and cleanliness across areas of the property, including

• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
• Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
• Maintain positive guest and resident relations at all times.
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
• Clean and replenish guest bedroom and bathroom areas according to established standards.
• Remove trash from rooms
• Organize and stock cleaning cart and organize linen closets on floors assigned.
• Complete accurately, and in a timely manner, any assigned work.
• Maintain cleanliness levels in all public areas of the hotel including guest hallways, housekeeping closets and Butler pantries.
• Report any defects to the corresponding areas responsible for correcting these defects.
