Delano Miami Beach, a flagship luxury hotel operated by Ennismore, is reopening in early 2026 with 171 guest rooms and new amenities. We are seeking a House Attendant to uphold brand standards and keep guest rooms, corridors, and public areas clean and organized.

Under the guidance of the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will assist with linens, supplies, and general housekeeping tasks, respond to requests, and ensure privacy and professionalism in all guest interactions.

Responsabilités

• Assist Room Attendants by delivering clean linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to guest rooms and housekeeping carts.
• Remove soiled linens, trash, and debris from guest rooms and common areas in a timely and hygienic manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage rooms, corridors, and service areas.
• Respond promptly to requests from Room Attendants and Housekeeping Supervisors.
• Ensure public areas and back-of-house spaces are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed during rounds to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures related to health, safety, and security standards.
• Support special projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Uphold brand standards for cleanliness, guest privacy, and professionalism.
• We recognize we are in the hospitality industry and that may require us to provide lateral service.
• We will on occasion call for each individual in the team to on a routine basis perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional guest service.

Set to open its doors in early 2026, Delano Miami Beach will fuse historic charm with contemporary luxury, reflecting a reimagined experience that pays homage to the original visionary concept. Comprising 171 rooms and distinct food and beverage concepts, the hotel will preserve its iconic walk-in pool and, in addition, unveil a new pool on an amenity deck, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. Delano Miami Beach will act as the brand’s flagship location, re-establishing Delano as a trailblazer in luxury lifestyle hospitality. Ennismore, in partnership with Cain International (the owners of Delano Miami Beach as well as partner in the Delano brand), are currently undertaking a significant renovation and redevelopment of the iconic Delano hotel.

Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW:

Under the general guidance of the Housekeeping Supervisor, the House Attendant is responsible for supporting the Housekeeping team by maintaining cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas. The House Attendant ensures that all assigned tasks are completed efficiently, upholding brand standards and contributing to a welcoming environment that enhances the guest experience.
