Job summary

Paradigm Management Corp in Alexandria, VA is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our service team. You will assess and complete work orders for repairs and improvements across residential properties to maintain our brand's value.

Responsibilities include completing requests for electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, carpentry, painting and HVAC, preparing vacated apartments for new tenants, and supporting on-call maintenance rotations in all weather.

Qualifications

• Residential maintenance experience, as well as HVAC cert and experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 100lbs and work indoors/outdoors in all weather.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to access property within 30 minutes for on-call requests.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests including electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, carpentry, painting and HVAC.
• Prepare apartments for new residents, ensuring quality standards.
• On-call maintenance rotations and weather-related/emergency support as needed.
• Assist maintenance operations and special projects as directed.
• Collaborate with team to create a positive environment for residents and staff.
