Qualifications

• 5+ years of property, estate, or facilities management experience.
• Working knowledge of residential and commercial building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Willingness to travel between properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations across multiple sites.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, preventative services, and improvement projects.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service providers.
• Monitor building systems, inspections, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain budgets, records, and maintenance documentation.
