Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Porter for Cedar Heights in Austin, TX. This 304-unit community offers a base pay of $19.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm schedule and benefits, plus quarterly pay increases after 90 days. Eligible for the Texas Stay Program bonuses of up to $3,000 in the first year.

The role supports maintenance operations at Cedar Heights, located in East Austin, with opportunities for career advancement within property management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 months of related experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial.

Come join our growing Maintenance Team as a Full-Time Porter for one of our newest properties in Austin, TX!

This position is eligible for our brand new\"Texas Stay Program\", which is designed to reward commitment, celebrate milestones, and financially support RPS new-hires along the way! You will be eligible to receive up to $3,000.00 during your initial first year with RPS as follows: after 90-days $500.00, after 6 months, $1,000.00, after one year of service, $1,500.00. All bonuses are paid in conjunction with our regularly scheduled payroll timeframes and dates, and are taxable. Employee must be active at the time of the scheduled payout date.

Location: Cedar Heights, our new 304-unit residential community located in Austin, TX 78744 (in the heart of East Austin)!

Hours: The hours for the position are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break daily, weekends possible.
