Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean grounds, amenities, building exteriors and common areas.
• Remove trash and recycling to outside dumpster areas.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and estimate time/extent of repairs.
• Complete work and repair orders promptly.
• Maintain inventory and organize tools and supplies.
• Snow removal and de-icing during winter months.
• Oversee work by outside contractors as needed.
