Job summary

RHO Residential in Clifton, NJ seeks a Porter to assist the maintenance team in keeping the community safe, clean and welcoming for residents and staff. You will perform a range of upkeep tasks and support the team to ensure high-quality living environments.

Education requires fluent English reading/writing and basic to intermediate math; no prior experience is needed. A valid driver's license is preferred, and on-site presence is expected at times.

Qualifications

• Education requires reading and writing English fluently and basic to intermediate math.
• No prior work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Management Office, models and public areas in neat, clean condition.
• Maintain grounds, sidewalks, and exteriors in tidy condition.
• Enter Work Order requests from residents.
• Assist in making vacant apartments rent-ready.
• Replace light bulbs and perform basic upkeep tasks.
• Move small equipment between departments and support events.
