Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English fluently.
• Ability to perform basic to intermediate math functions.
• No previous work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Management Office, models, interior public and common areas in a neat, clean and attractive condition.
• Maintain all grounds, including sidewalks, public walkways and stairways, building exteriors, garden areas and dog runs in a neat, clean and attractive condition.
• Accepts and enters Work Order requests from residents.
• Assist in the effort to make vacant apartments rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Compact and remove trash and debris from community.
• Complete assigned tasks consistent with company operating procedures and in a timely manner.
• Snow removal, including shoveling, salting/sanding, and clearing of sidewalks and entrances.
• Delivers notifications to residents.
• Transports small equipment between departments.
• Sets up tables and chairs in auditorium or hall.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• All other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
