We are looking for candidates to help as porters; keeping up the maintenance and good standing of these properties. As well as focus on upkeep of a safe and adequate living environment. This is a full time position with part time available as well

Key Responsibilities:

- Sweeping, mopping, washing and waxing hallways, floors and stairs

- Vacuuming and using floor polishers

- Knowledge in janitorial duties and small repairs
