Echelon Luxury Properties in Destin/30A is seeking a Head of Operations to execute the CEO's vision and oversee daily operations across maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and warehouse. You will drive leadership development, establish clear expectations, and uphold our white-glove hospitality standards.

The role blends strategic planning with hands-on leadership to build high-performing teams, improve processes, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring homeowner satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing and leading teams.
• Proven experience overseeing operations, improving processes, and maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and establish accountability.
• Ability to translate organizational goals into actionable operational plans and measurable results.
• Understanding of financial management, cost optimization, and efficient resource allocation.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on operational management in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and warehouse departments, ensuring efficiency, coordination, and consistent quality.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability for operational teams while supporting the management and development of property management staff.
• Translate company goals and leadership vision into actionable plans, clear expectations, and measurable objectives.
• Develop and improve operational processes, workflows, and systems to support efficiency and continued growth.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture built on accountability, professional development, and ELP's commitment to exceptional care.
• Maintain high property standards and ensure operational excellence that supports outstanding guest experiences and homeowner satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership and finance to manage costs, optimize resources, and improve profitability without compromising service quality.
• Monitor operational performance, team productivity, and guest satisfaction, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with homeowners, guests, vendors, and team members while representing ELP with professionalism.
• Provide hands‑on leadership and operational support when needed to resolve challenges and maintain service standards.
