Family Office Opportunities in Atlanta, GA seeks an experienced Director of Estates to oversee operations, maintenance, and presentation of the family’s primary residence and two additional properties. The role reports to the Chief of Staff and requires discrete, high-level service for ultra-high-net-worth principals.

You will supervise vendors, manage operating budgets, and drive capital projects, while coordinating with the Chief of Staff to execute family priorities across domestic properties.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in estate management or similar leadership roles serving UHNW individuals or families.
• Proven ability to oversee multi-property operations and complex estate activities.
• Strong project management, renovations, and capital improvements experience.
• Excellent organizational and budgeting skills; strategic planning mindset.
• Discretion, integrity, and high professionalism in handling confidential matters.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and presentation of primary residence and two additional properties.
• Develop and manage preventative maintenance for residences, grounds, and estate systems.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely, high-quality work.
• Prepare updates on operations, budgets, projects, and maintenance activities for leadership.
• Lead capital projects, renovations, and construction across the estate portfolio.
• Ensure residences are prepared for Principal arrivals and events, coordinating travel and logistics.
