Job summary

Gibson Beach Rentals is seeking an Owner Services & Property Care Coordinator to support field operations and owner communications for vacation rental properties along Florida’s Emerald Coast. The role emphasizes detailed inspections, timely updates, and proactive issue resolution.

The position is field-based (75%) with home-owner communications by email/phone, and requires strong organization, professionalism, and reliable transportation. Entry-level path into homeowner relations is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Patient, detail-oriented, and dependable in the field.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Visit vacation rental properties to perform inspections and document findings with notes and photos.
• Identify maintenance, housekeeping, presentation, inventory, safety, and guest-readiness concerns.
• Verify completion of repairs, cleanings, installations, and property improvements.
• Coordinate property access for vendors, homeowners, and internal teams.
• Communicate with homeowners by email/phone and provide timely updates.
