Job summary

Scenic Stays in Destin, FL is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support Owner Relations and Operations Managers in daily management of vacation rental properties. This field-based role ensures property readiness, excellent guest experiences, and timely maintenance coordination.

You will liaise with homeowners, vendors, housekeeping, and management to maintain standards, handle on-site issues, and coordinate preventative maintenance across a portfolio of homes and condos.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Ability to travel between properties throughout the service area.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance standards, and readiness.
• Identify deficiencies and coordinate corrective action with vendors and staff.
• Verify completion and quality of work by vendors and teams.
• Assist with onboarding, owner transitions, and standards implementation.
• Coordinate field operations at condo associations and individual homes.
• Support guest experience and resolve on-site issues.
• Maintain records and use management software to document activities.
