Job summary

Olympus Carrington is seeking a full-time Business Manager (Property Manager) to oversee all property operations, budgets, staff supervision, vendor relations, and resident satisfaction. You will work with Regional Leadership to hit annual goals, manage marketing efforts, and ensure market-ready conditions across assets.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staff training, performance analysis, and contract management, with flexible scheduling and after-hours events as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Years of multifamily Property Manager experience; Luxury A-Class experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance of the property by managing rents, occupancy and expenditures
• Lead and train onsite staff, providing counseling as needed
• Analyze monthly performance and budget projections with Regional leadership
• Develop annual asset business plans and budget forecasts
• Review and report financial information to stakeholders
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy
• Supervise maintenance staff and manage vendor contracts
• Ensure property remains in market-ready condition and compliant
