You will manage onsite staff, work with Regional Leadership, and drive occupancy, renewals, and budgets while maintaining Olympus Culture and ensuring market-ready properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Years of multifamily Property Manager experience; Luxury A-Class experience preferred
• RealPage/Knock/Onesite Software experience strongly preferred
• Educational Assistance & Tuition Reimbursement

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations and supervise office and maintenance staff
• Create budgets and monitor financial performance including rents and occupancy
• Foster relationships with vendors, partners and investors
• Ensure resident satisfaction and high occupancy through effective leasing
• Train and mentor onsite staff in sales, marketing and operations
