Evolving Solution Services in Pendergrass, GA is seeking a dynamic Community Manager to lead a premier Class A apartment community. You will oversee daily operations, coach a high-performing onsite team, and focus on occupancy, resident satisfaction, and asset performance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multifamily management, strong financial acumen, and experience with Entrata or similar software. This role requires proactive leadership, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Community Manager experience in multifamily housing of 350+ units.
• Experience managing a Conventional Class A apartment community preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading onsite teams.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, occupancy, collections, and revenue performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Entrata or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a Conventional Class A apartment community.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing onsite team.
• Drive occupancy, resident retention, and revenue growth.
• Manage budgets, collections, financial reporting, and expense control.
• Maintain exceptional curb appeal and community standards.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and outstanding customer service.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and operational standards.
• Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and business partners.
• Partner closely with regional leadership to execute business strategies and achieve property goals.
