Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential property manager.
• Prior supervisory experience: hiring and coaching, budget processing.
• Knowledge of multifamily property management practices and Fair Housing laws.
• Understanding of balancing income and expenses to maximize results.

• Lead and coach the property management team to deliver referral-worth customer experiences.
• Balance budgets and manage expenses to optimize net operating income.
