Job summary

Whitecap Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Richfield, MN. The role supports leasing, marketing, and resident relations across two properties (Landsby Richfield and Arris Blaine).

Salary is hourly with potential for commissions and benefits as part of a robust package. The ideal candidate has luxury multifamily experience (Yardi preferred), strong communication, and the ability to manage financials and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an assistant community manager
• Computer knowledge MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to act independently and make decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Available to work weekends when needed
• High school diploma required
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring property is rented to fullest capacity
• Report on and stay current on market trends to advise pricing strategy
• Assist with managing an effective leasing team and community outreach
• Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents
• Ensure rents are collected and posted on time
• Process legal documents in line with state guidelines
• Coordinate vendor communications and insurance certificates
• Ensure leases and paperwork are accurately entered
