Bader is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Winton House, Richland Court and New Orleans Court in Richfield, MN. This full-time, benefit-eligible role focuses on supporting the Property Manager with day-to-day operations and leasing activities.

You will collect rent, update the rent roll, process work orders, and ensure professional appearance and service standards while coordinating resident retention efforts and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Collect and record rent, update rent roll, and manage cash receipts.
• Process work requests and maintain reporting forms and reports.
• Show and lease apartments; uphold leasing closing ratios.
• Maintain knowledge of leasing techniques and property rental information.
• Support resident retention programs and handle resident issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing rules and professional standards.
