Qualifications

• Previous experience as an assistant community manager.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to act independently and make decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Available to work weekends when needed.
• High school diploma required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring property is rented to fullest capacity.
• Report on market trends and provide pricing recommendations to the team.
• Assist with managing a leasing team and community outreach.
• Use marketing strategies to secure prospective residents.
• Ensure rents are collected and posted on time.
• Generate legal documents and actions per state and company guidelines.
• Coordinate vendor/contractor communications and insurance certificates.
• Ensure leases and paperwork are input accurately in the system.
• Maintain resident files and complete administrative tasks on time.
• Address resident concerns to maintain satisfaction.
• Develop resident retention programs and events.
• Enforce community policies and safety rules.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure repairs are completed promptly.
