Level 10 Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for 51 France & Linden Flats in Edina, MN. The role requires delivering exceptional resident service, coordinating tours, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records to support leasing activity.

Qualifications

• One-year experience as Assistant Manager or Leasing Consultant preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Computer knowledge: MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide tours to potential residents for leasing apartments.
• Keep accurate records of traffic (leads, phone, walk-ins).
• Enter property traffic data in management system daily.
• Process rental applications per company standards.
• Prepare leases for future residents.
• Assist residents with questions, maintenance requests, and rent payments.
• Maintain positive customer relations and compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Communicate market trends to inform pricing and strategy.
