Level 10 Management LLC in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Assistant Manager for our 51 France & Linden Flats property in Edina. This full-time role focuses on leasing, resident services, and daily property operations.

You will conduct tours, process applications, maintain records, coordinate with maintenance, and help drive market-ready units and competitive pricing while ensuring Fair Housing compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as an Assistant Manager or Leasing Consultant preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide tours to potential residents for leasing apartments.
• Keep accurate records of traffic (leads, calls, walk-ins).
• Process rental applications per company standards and prepare leases.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor communications.
• Assist residents with questions and payments daily.
• Ensure rents are collected and deposits posted on time.
