Job summary

Waypoint Management provides a maintenance technician role at a luxury residential community. The technician will handle repairs, preventive maintenance of HVAC and building systems, and preparation of vacant units for new residents, while keeping detailed service records.

The role requires inspecting vendor work, assisting with on-call emergencies, and maintaining common areas. On-site work with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call rotation is provided, along with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Section 608 Type I and II certification required.
• Working knowledge of building systems, tools and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests by troubleshooting repairs and ensuring safety compliance.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and building components.
• Prepare vacant apartments by inspections and coordinating repairs.
• Maintain records of work, requests and materials used.
• Inspect vendor work for quality and compliance.
